Shipping

• Xpress Finds ships orders throughout the United States.

• International shipping is available for an additional shipping fee. Rates vary based on the destination and package weight.

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original order date.

• For health and safety reasons, cosmetics and skincare products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be:

  • In new, unused condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

• Refunds will not be issued for items that have been worn, altered, tampered with, heavily used, damaged, or soiled.

Refund Processing

• Once your return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 3 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all orders shipped outside of the United States, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
